Macaroni Fruit Salad

Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. acini de pepe-27 macaroni
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • Cool Whip
  • fruit juice from 1 large can crushed pineapple and 2 cans mandarin oranges (save fruit)
  • 3 beaten eggs

Directions

    Cook macaroni and drain.

    Mix fruit juices, sugar, salt, eggs and butter together and cook until thick and add to macaroni. Cool.

    Next morning, add drained fruit and large carton of Cool Whip.
