- 1 lb. elbow macaroni
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 1/2 lb. sour cream or Ricotta cheese
- 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 5 to 6 c. spaghetti sauce
- additional grated cheese
Directions

1Cook macaroni according to package directions.

2Rinse in cold running water.

3Drain well.

4Brown ground beef lightly; drain and cool.

5In large bowl combine meat, sour cream (or Ricotta cheese), Parmesan cheese and beaten eggs.

6Combine macaroni with cheese mixtures.

7Cover bottom of 9 x 13-inch baking dish with part of the sauce and pour entire mixture of macaroni in dish.

8Cover with generous amount of sauce and additional grated cheese.

9Cover and bake at 350° for 40 minutes.

10Makes 10 servings.
