Macaroni Lasagna

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. elbow macaroni
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 1/2 lb. sour cream or Ricotta cheese
  • 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 5 to 6 c. spaghetti sauce
  • additional grated cheese

Directions

    Cook macaroni according to package directions.

    Rinse in cold running water.

    Drain well.

    Brown ground beef lightly; drain and cool.

    In large bowl combine meat, sour cream (or Ricotta cheese), Parmesan cheese and beaten eggs.

    Combine macaroni with cheese mixtures.

    Cover bottom of 9 x 13-inch baking dish with part of the sauce and pour entire mixture of macaroni in dish.

    Cover with generous amount of sauce and additional grated cheese.

    Cover and bake at 350° for 40 minutes.
