Ingredients

  • 1 small pkg. elbow macaroni, cooked and drained
  • 1 1/2 lb. pan-fry sausage
  • 1 large can (28 oz.) tomatoes
  • 1 small can (8 oz.) tomato sauce and 1 can water*
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp. canola oil
  • 1/2 tsp. celery seed

Directions

    Pan fry sausage into crumbled pieces and drain on paper towels.

    In a large boiler, bring to boil tomatoes, tomato sauce, water (add more or less water according to your liking), salt and pepper, oil and celery seed.

    Add sausage and macaroni.

    Stir well, turn off, place on lid and leave covered 5 minutes.

    Serve with crackers and salad or coleslaw.
