- 1 1/2 c. scalded milk
- 1/4 c. melted butter
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1 c. cooked elbow macaroni
- 2 Tbsp. pimiento
- 1 green pepper, chopped well
- 1 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 1/2 Tbsp. salt
- 1 c. soft bread crumbs
- 1/2 c. grated cheese
- 1 c. cream of mushroom soup
Directions

1Combine ingredients in order given, reserving 1/2 cup crumbs and soup.

2Top with crumbs.

3Heat soup and pour over after baked 40 minutes in pan of hot water in 350° oven.
