- 1 lb. elbow macaroni
- 1 large bell pepper
- 1 large onion
- 3 medium carrots, crushed
- 1 can condensed milk
- 2 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 c. vinegar
- 1 c. sugar
Directions

1Cook macaroni and drain.

2Chop onions and pepper.

3Crush carrots.

4Mix.

5Add condensed milk, mayonnaise, vinegar and sugar; mix well.

6Let set 3 or 4 hours or overnight before serving.
