  • 3/4 c. celery, diced
  • 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil

  • 1/4 tsp. seasoned pepper
  • 1/3 c. mayonnaise
  • 2 pimentos, chopped
  • 1 1/2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
