  • 2 lb. stew meat, cut in bite size pieces
  • 2 or 3 potatoes, cut in bite size pieces
  • 2 or 3 carrots, cut in bite size pieces
  • 2 or 3 onions, cut in bite size pieces
  • 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. instant tapioca
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
