Macaroni Salad

Ingredients

  • 16 oz. shell macaroni
  • 1 can Eagle Brand milk
  • 1 green pepper, chopped fine
  • 1 onion, chopped fine
  • 4 carrots, shredded
  • 1/2 c. vinegar
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper

Directions

    Cook macaroni; drain and cool.

    Mix green pepper, onion and carrots in macaroni.

    Mix remaining ingredients in separate bowl. Pour over macaroni.

    Let set in refrigerator overnight.
