Macaroni Salad

Ingredients
- 8 oz. macaroni
- 3/4 c. Kraft Italian low calorie dressing
- 3/4 c. chopped carrots
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 1/4 c. chopped onion (best with fresh green onion)
- 1/4 to 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
- 1/2 c. cubed or grated cheese
- 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
- celery seed to taste
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Cook macaroni according to package directions.

2Drain and marinate at least overnight in Italian dressing.

3Add vegetables and cheese.

4Mix with sour cream and seasonings to taste. Refrigerate.

5Keeps well up to week or 10 days.

6Flavor improves with age.
