- 1 lb. elbow macaroni
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 c. celery, chopped
- 1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 2 tsp. mustard
- 4 boiled eggs, chopped
- 1 c. pickles, chopped
Directions

1Cook macaroni according to directions on package.

2Drain. Rinse with cold water.

3Drain.

4Pour macaroni into large bowl.

5Add onion, eggs, celery and pickles.

6Stir.

7Add mayonnaise and mustard.

8Stir well.

9Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours. Makes 12 to 14 servings.
