- 1 pkg. elbow macaroni
- 1 green pepper, cut up
- 2 cooked eggs
- salt and pepper
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 lb. Velveeta cheese
- 1 medium jar pimentos, cut up
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1/2 c. canned milk
Directions

1Cook macaroni and green pepper.

2Drain and add remaining ingredients.

3Pour into a large casserole.

4Spread 1 can of mushroom soup on top.

5Bake at 350° until golden brown.
