  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. elbow macaroni, cooked and drained
  • 1 (12 oz.) can luncheon meat, chopped
  • 1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, diced
  • 1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 c. onion, chopped
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp. milk
  • 2 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

Directions

    Combine first 5 ingredients.

    Chill until serving time. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over macaroni mixture.
