Macaroni Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 c. cooked elbow macaroni
  • 1/2 c. diced celery
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped dill pickles
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped pimiento
  • 1/4 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. grated onion
  • 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 pkg. lemon jello
  • 1 c. boiling water
  • 3/4 c. cold water

Directions

    Combine macaroni, celery, pickles, pimiento, mayonnaise, salt, onion and Worcestershire sauce in a bowl.

    Mix well and chill. Dissolve jello in boiling water.

    Add cold water and chill until slightly thickened.

    Fold in macaroni mixture.

    Spoon into individual molds.

    Chill until firm, about 3 hours.

    Unmold.
