- 1 1/2 lb. small macaroni, cooked and rinsed
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 2 grated carrots
- 1 c. Eagle Brand milk
- 1/4 c. vinegar
- 2 c. mayonnaise
- 1/4 c. sugar
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 head lettuce
- 1 c. celery, diced
- 1 pkg. frozen peas, uncooked
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1/2 c. green peppers (optional)
Directions

1Spread light mayonnaise (about 2 cups) on top.

2Top with grated Cheddar cheese and bacon bits on top.
