  • 1 1/2 lb. small macaroni, cooked and rinsed
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 2 grated carrots
  • 1 c. Eagle Brand milk
  • 1/4 c. vinegar
  • 2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 head lettuce
  • 1 c. celery, diced
  • 1 pkg. frozen peas, uncooked
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1/2 c. green peppers (optional)

Directions

    Spread light mayonnaise (about 2 cups) on top.

    Top with grated Cheddar cheese and bacon bits on top.

    When ready to serve, mix well.
