  • 1 1/2 c. white vinegar
  • 2 tsp. prepared mustard
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 Tbsp. parsley
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 medium cucumber, sliced thinly, do not peel
  • 1 box pasta (your choice, elbow macaroni excellent)
  • 1/2 c. Wesson oil

    Cook pasta to desired tenderness.

    Rinse with cold water and drain.

    Add oil and spice mixture.

    Add onion and cucumber. Refrigerate overnight.
