  • 4 cups Cooked Shell Macaroni
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
  • 2 teaspoons Prepared Mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoons Celery Seed
  • 2 teaspoons Salt
  • 1/8 teaspoons Pepper
  • 1 cup Diced Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 cup Diced Swiss Cheese
  • 4 whole Green Onions, Chopped Fine
  • 1 jar Pimientos (large)

Directions

    Cook macaroni to yield 4 cups (about 2 cups uncooked) and cool. Blend mayonnaise, lemon juice, mustard, celery seed, salt & pepper. Add mixture to cooled macaroni. Add remaining ingredients. Store in refrigerator for several hours before serving.
