- 4 cups Cooked Shell Macaroni
- 1 cup Mayonnaise
- 2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
- 2 teaspoons Prepared Mustard
- 1/2 teaspoons Celery Seed
- 2 teaspoons Salt
- 1/8 teaspoons Pepper
- 1 cup Diced Cheddar Cheese
- 1 cup Diced Swiss Cheese
- 4 whole Green Onions, Chopped Fine
- 1 jar Pimientos (large)
Directions

1Cook macaroni to yield 4 cups (about 2 cups uncooked) and cool. Blend mayonnaise, lemon juice, mustard, celery seed, salt & pepper. Add mixture to cooled macaroni. Add remaining ingredients. Store in refrigerator for several hours before serving.
