- 2 lbs elbow macaroni, uncooked
- 12 eggs, hard-cooked and chopped
- 2 12 lbs ham, fully cooked and cubed
- 16 ounces frozen peas, thawed
- 3 cups celery, sliced
- 1 large green pepper, chopped
- 12 cup onion, chopped
- 4 ounces diced pimentos, drained
- 4 cups mayonnaise
Directions

1Cook macaroni according to package directions.

2Rinse in cold water and drain and cool completely.

3Place in a large bowl and stir in remaining ingredients.
