Ingredients

  • 2 lbs elbow macaroni, uncooked
  • 12 eggs, hard-cooked and chopped
  • 2 12 lbs ham, fully cooked and cubed
  • 16 ounces frozen peas, thawed
  • 3 cups celery, sliced
  • 1 large green pepper, chopped
  • 12 cup onion, chopped
  • 4 ounces diced pimentos, drained
  • 4 cups mayonnaise

Directions

    Cook macaroni according to package directions.

    Rinse in cold water and drain and cool completely.

    Place in a large bowl and stir in remaining ingredients.

    Cover and refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
