- 2 c. elbow macaroni
- 1/2 chopped green pepper
- 1/2 c. cooking oil
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 3 c. tomato juice
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Saute macaroni, onion, green pepper and garlic in hot oil until macaroni turns slightly yellow.

2Add tomato juice and seasonings; bring to boiling.

3Cover and simmer 20 minutes. Serves 6.
