- 1 lb. Italian sausage
- 1 medium chopped onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp. dried oregano leaves, crushed
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 can condensed beef broth
- 1 (8 oz.) can undrained tomatoes
- 2 c. water
- 1/2 ??? uncooked macaroni
Directions

1In pan over medium heat, cook sausage, onion, garlic and oregano until sausage is browned.

2Spoon off fat.

3Add soup, broth, undrained tomatoes, water and pepper.

4heat to boiling. Reduce heat to low.

5Cook 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

6Stir in macaroni; cook 10 minutes more or until macaroni is tender, stirring occasionally.
