- 1 bone from smoked shoulder
- 2 (16 oz.) cans whole peeled tomatoes
- 2 medium onions
- 1 1/4 c. elbow macaroni
Directions

1Put shoulder bone in 5 or 6-quart pot (with some meat on it). Cover with water.

2Cut up onions.

3Add to pot.

4Simmer for 90 minutes.

5Remove bone from pot.

6Add cut-up tomatoes.

7Bring to boil.

8Add elbow macaroni.

9Boil 14 minutes.

10Add cut-up pieces of smoked shoulder.
