- 1 (7 oz.) pkg. sweetened coconut
- 2/3 c. sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla or almond flavoring
- 2 egg whites, stiffly beaten
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Add the flavoring to the sweetened coconut; mix thoroughly.

3Add the condensed milk; mix.

4Beat egg whites until stiff; fold into the coconut mix.

5Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto a greased cookie sheet.

6Bake for 8 to 10 minutes at 350°.

7Remove to a rack and cool.
