  • 1 oz (28G.) hibiscus dried flowers
  • 4 cup boiling water
  • 1 Cracked ice
  • 3 12-ounce bottles ginger beer

    In a medium saucepan,steep the hibiscus flowers in the boiling water until deep red ,25 minutes; discard the flowers.

    Add ice to glass and fill halfway with the tea.

    Top off the drink with ginger beer.
