- 2 c. sugar
- 6 egg whites
- 2/3 c. powdered sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 4 Tbsp. flour
Directions

1Cover cookie sheets with brown paper.

2Using hands or food processor, soften almond paste.

3Blend in order.

4Drop by teaspoon or force through a cookie press onto covered cookie sheets.

5Bake at 300° for 25 minutes.

6Lay paper linings on very damp cloth. Let stand about 30 minutes after baking.

7Let cool and peel off the macaroons.
