- 1/2 lb. macaroon paste
- 1 c. sugar
- 4 egg whites
- 1/3 c. confectioners sugar
- 2 1/2 Tbsp. flour
Directions

1Work macaroon paste and sugar together until thoroughly blended, using fingertips.

2Add unbeaten egg whites, one at a time, and beat until smooth.

3Add confectioners sugar, mixed with flour.

4Drop by teaspoonfuls onto unglazed paper.

5Let stand 1/2 hour.

6Brush tops of macaroon with cold water and sprinkle with granulated sugar.

7Bake in preheated 275° oven for 30 minutes.
