- 1 c. shortening
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 Large eggs
- 2/3 c. lowfat milk
- 2 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 3 tbsp. molasses
- 4 c. flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon allspice, nutmeg, cloves, cinnamon
- 1 c. raisins
- 1/2 c. nuts
Directions

1Cream shortening, sugar and Large eggs.

2Add in soda dissolved in 2 tsp.

3water.

4Sift dry ingredients in and add in raisins and nuts and mix.

5Drop on greased cookie sheet.

6Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 min.
