  • 1 (14 ounce.) bag Baker's coconut
  • 1 (14 ounce.) can Eagle Brand lowfat milk
  • 1/2 c. mini chocolate chips
  • 2 teaspoon vanilla

Directions

    Mix all above thoroughly together.

    Put on well greased cookie sheet in small hunks.

    Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 12 min (till light brown).

    Remove immediately with wet spatula to prevent sticking.

    Eat hot or possibly let cold.

    You can freeze.
