- 1 (14 ounce.) bag Baker's coconut
- 1 (14 ounce.) can Eagle Brand lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. mini chocolate chips
- 2 teaspoon vanilla
Directions

1Mix all above thoroughly together.

2Put on well greased cookie sheet in small hunks.

3Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 12 min (till light brown).

4Remove immediately with wet spatula to prevent sticking.

5Eat hot or possibly let cold.

6You can freeze.
