- 6 ears of corn
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 2 lemons, cut in thirds
- 1 tablespoon masala
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
Directions

1Barbeque shucked cobs of corn directly on rack.

2Roll cobs in butter.

3Make a slice in each piece of lemon and sprinkle some masala and chili in it.

4Use one lemon piece for each cob of corn.

5Rub seasoned lemon all over the cob of corn.
