  • 1 bag round nacho chips
  • 1 (9 oz.) can Frito Lay bean dip
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 small can chopped green chilies
  • 1 small can sliced ripe olives
  • 1 small tub sour cream
  • 1 (1.25 oz.) pkg. McCormick taco seasoning
  • grated cheese (Cheddar and Monterey Jack)

Directions

    Brown ground beef and mix in taco seasoning.

    Spread bean dip on chips to desired thickness.

    Preheat oven to 400°.

    Place chips on cookie sheet.

    Put 1 teaspoon seasoned ground beef on each chip.

    Cover with grated cheese and green chili slices.

    Use hotter peppers, if you like.

    Heat chips for 3 to 5 minutes.

    Top with sour cream and olive slices.

    Serve.
