  • 1 1/2 c. cold mashed potatoes
  • 3 Tbsp. chopped onion
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • pepper
  • 1 tsp. mustard
  • 2 to 3 Tbsp. fat
  • 2 Tbsp. corn meal

    Mix together all ingredients except fat.

    Put fat in pan and drop cakes in hot pan.
