  • salt and pepper
  • flour (for dredging)
  • cooking oil
  • 1/2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sake
  • 1 teaspoon mirin

Directions

    Slice the mackerel at an angle. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and dredge in flour.
