  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 4 large or 6 small chicken breasts
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes and green chilies
  • 1 (8 1/2 oz.) pkg. Doritos
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 1 lb. Velveeta cheese, grated
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper

Directions

    Boil and debone chicken breasts.

    Place in a large 9 x 13-inch dish.

    Crush 1/2 package of chips and sprinkle over chicken.

    In bowl, mix grated cheese, onion, soup and tomatoes.

    Add garlic powder and pepper.

    Pour mixture over chicken.

    Crush remainder of chips and sprinkle on top.

    Cover and bake 45 minutes at 350°.
