- 150 grams Whole wheat flour
- 50 grams Raw cane sugar, beet sugar, or other natural sweetener
- 2 tbsp Baking powder
- 150 ml Soy milk
- 1 Banana
- 1 Dried fruit
Directions

1To prepare: Mince the dried fruits.

2Mash the banana till it becomes paste-like.

3Preheat your oven to 180C.

4Add all the dry ingredients and mix together well with a whisk.

5Add the soy milk to the dry ingredients, then mix in the dried fruit and banana.

6Pour the batter into a pan and bake in a oven for 35 minutes at 180C.

7Once it's done, be sure to leave it in the mold and cover it with plastic wrap.

8After the pound cake has thoroughly cooled, take it out of the mold and slice it.
