  • 150 grams Whole wheat flour
  • 50 grams Raw cane sugar, beet sugar, or other natural sweetener
  • 2 tbsp Baking powder
  • 150 ml Soy milk
  • 1 Banana
  • 1 Dried fruit

Directions

    To prepare: Mince the dried fruits.

    Mash the banana till it becomes paste-like.

    Preheat your oven to 180C.

    Add all the dry ingredients and mix together well with a whisk.

    Add the soy milk to the dry ingredients, then mix in the dried fruit and banana.

    Pour the batter into a pan and bake in a oven for 35 minutes at 180C.

    Once it's done, be sure to leave it in the mold and cover it with plastic wrap.

    After the pound cake has thoroughly cooled, take it out of the mold and slice it.
