- 175 grams dried macroni
- 50 grams butter
- 50 grams flour
- 600 ml milk
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of ground pepper
- 200 grams cheddar cheese grated
Directions

1Boil the macroni and drain the water.

2Then put it back in to the bowl

3To make the sauce, melt the butter in a saucepan on a low heat.

4Stir in the flour and cook the mixture for 1 minute.

5Take the pan off thhe heat and add little milk.

6Stir it really well and then add the rest of the milk, at little at each time.

7Heat the pan again a then start making the sauce boil.

8Make sure it doesn't stick

9The sauuce will began to thicken.

10Let it bubble for 1 minute and then add 175 grams of the cheese and take it out the heatpan from the heat.

11Pour the sauce over the macroni and stir it well.

12Brush some butter into an oven proof dish and pour the cheesy macroni in it.

13Sprincle the rest of the cheese .

14Then bake the macroni about 25 minutes until the top is golden brown.

15Wearing oven gloves take out the dish.

16Let the macroni cool for some minutes and then serve it
