preheat oven at 350',put cupcake papers in tin

mix ingredients as listed until well blended,then fill cupcake papers half full and bake for 15 min.when done let cool

for icing place ingredients in large bowl and beat with blender at low speed until they are combined.then beat on high until stiff glossy peaks forms about 5-7 min.
