- 2 medium dill pickles (1 c. chopped)
- 1/4 or 1/3 c. hot peppers (from jar or fresh)
- 6 c. sugar
- 1 (6 oz.) bottle Certo
- 1 green food coloring
- 1 1/2 c. apple cider vinegar
Directions

1Put peppers and pickles into blender.

2Blend well.

3Put blended peppers and pickles into large pot.

4Stir in vinegar and sugar.

5Bring to boil; boil one minute.

6Remove from heat.
-
7Stir in Certo; skim off foam.

8Add green food coloring.

9Pour into jars; let cool.

10Freeze (keeps forever).

11Spoon over softened cream cheese and serve with crackers.
