- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 large onion, diced
- 1 large green pepper, diced
- 12 + fresh garlic, minced
- 3 (28 oz.) cans tomatoes
- 1/2 c. dry white wine
- 1/4 c. fresh parsley, minced
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. basil
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- 1 bay leaf
- 2 doz. clams
- 1 1/2 lb. crab
- 1 lb. shrimp, shelled and deveined
- 1 lb. scallops
- 1 lb. fish filet (2-inch chunks)
Directions

1In large pot (medium heat) in olive oil, cook onion, green pepper and garlic until tender (5 minutes).

2Add tomatoes, wine, parsley, salt, basil, pepper and bay leaf.

3Heat to boiling. Reduce to low; cover and simmer 15 minutes.

4Increase to medium heat.

5Add clams; cook 10 minutes (stirring occasionally).

6Add crab, shrimp, scallops and fish.

7Cook 5 minutes or until shrimp turn pink and scallop loses transparency.

8Serve with hot French bread.
