- 3/4 cup flour sifted 00
- 2 eggs
- 7 1/8 tablespoons frozen peas
- 1 3/8 tablespoons butter melted
- 4 tablespoons milk
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan
- 1 drop Tabasco optional
- 1 pinch sugar
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch black pepper
Directions

1Cook steamed frozen peas.

2Mix the remaining ingredients with the help of a whip.

3Incorporate some of peas, a pinch of sugar and stir gently.

4Let the dough rest in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.

5Preheat oven to 220°C.
