- 200 grams Egg
- 140 grams White flour
- 130 grams Butter
- 120 grams Sugar
- 2/3 tsp Baking powder
- 1 dash Vanilla extract
Directions

1Beat the eggs in a bowl, add the sugar all at once and whip together.

2Whip until the batter is thick like ribbons.

3Add sifted flour and baking powder around the bowl, and fold in with a wooden spoon.

4Add butter in 3-4 batches by pouring it on the wooden spoon and mixing it in briskly.

5Then add vanilla extract (optional).

6Pour into the cupcake molds and bake for about 25 minutes at 170C.

7(Ovens vary, so check on them while baking).

8I baked them in stick molds.

9The outside is crisp, while the insides stay moist.

10Pass them out as a gifts!
