- 1 lb. elbow macaroni
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 can whole tomatoes, chopped
- 1 inch Velveeta cheese, diced
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Bring 2 quarts water to a boil.

2Add macaroni and reduce heat to low.

3Simmer 10 minutes.

4Drain.

5Spray frying pan with Pam. Add ground beef and chopped onion; season with fresh ground pepper.

6Cook over low heat until brown.

7In large casserole, place macaroni, beef and onions, tomatoes and cheese.

8Stir.

9Heat in microwave for 5 minutes and serve.
