- 1/4 cup ricotta cheese
- 1/2 cup fresh spinach
- 1 ounce vegetarian parmesan cheese
- 1 garlic clove
- 1/2 small onion
- 2 tablespoons vegetable broth
Directions

1Heat oven to 350°F.

2Pop the stems out of the mushrooms and wipe them clean.

3Place all the remaining ingredients in the short cup and fit the cross blade.

4pulse until nearly smooth.

5Spoon into the mushrooms and bake for 15 - 20 minutes.
