  • 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 2 Tbsp. honey
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
  • 3 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. grated orange peel

Directions

    Combine orange juice, cornstarch, honey and cinnamon stick in a 4-cup micro-safe bowl and microwave on High, uncovered, 4 1/2 to 5 1/2 minutes, stirring once, until it boils.

    Pour into 8-inch round micro-safe serving dish and remove cinnamon stick.
