  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp. ginger
  • 3/4 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 pie shell
  • 1/2 c. Karo syrup

Directions

    Blend together first 7 ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Turn mixture into pie shell.

    Bake in a 375° oven for 50 to 55 minutes.

    Cool.

    Refrigerate at least 1 hour.

    Pour Karo syrup on top.
