  • 1 unbaked 9-inch pastry shell
  • 2 c. (16 to 17 oz. can) canned pumpkin
  • 1 can Eagle Brand milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp. ginger
  • 3/4 tsp. cinnamon

    In a large bowl, blend together all ingredients, except pastry shell.

    Pour into pie shell.

    Bake in a 375° oven for 50 to 55 minutes, or until knife inserted near center comes out clean. Cool and serve.
