- 3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 1/3 c. sugar
- 4 eggs
- rind and juice of two lemons
- 1 pt. sour cream
- 6 Tbsp. sugar
Directions

1Beat eggs well. Beat in cream cheese and sugar.

2Add rind and juice of one lemon.

3Pour into two graham cracker crumb crust pie shells.

4Bake at 325° for 25 minutes.

5Combine rest of sugar and juice of other lemon with sour cream.

6Refrigerate.

7Remove pies and cool slightly.

8Spread sour cream topping and return to oven for 5 minutes.

9Refrigerate overnight.
