- 3/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 1 c. apricot nectar
- 1/4 c. bottled lite teriyaki marinade and sauce
- 1 tsp. balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 c. dried apricot halves
- 1 tsp. cornstarch
- hot, cooked rice
Directions

1Lightly sprinkle both sides of chicken with garlic powder; let stand 15 minutes.

2Lightly coat chicken with flour.

3Brown in hot oil in large skillet over medium heat.

4Turn chicken over. Sprinkle onion evenly over chicken.
