- 34 cup coffee
- 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 -3 large boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 14 teaspoon salt & pepper
- 12-34 cup water
Directions

1Mix all the ingredients with the chicken breasts and place in a zip-top bag.

2Refrigerate for 8 hours.

3Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

4Remove chicken from marinade and place in a shallow baking dish.

5Pour marinade in a bowl, thin with just a bit of water, and pour over chicken.

6Bake covered for approximately 20 minutes; uncover and baste.

7Return to the oven and bake uncovered until done, basting again once.
