- 1 (17 oz.) can sweet corn
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 c. oil
- 1/2 c. raisins
- 1/2 c. pecans, chopped
- 2 1/4 c. flour
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. soda
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3 tsp. baking powder
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2In mixing bowl, mix corn, brown sugar and sugar.

3Beat eggs, one at a time.

4Add oil and beat well.

5Stir in raisins and nuts.

6Sift dry ingredients together.

7Add all liquids at once and stir until well blended.

8Pour into 9-inch pans or 9 x 15-inch dish.

9Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until tests done. If desired, frost with caramel frosting.
