- 1 onion
- 1 lb potatoes, cubed
- 1 envelope dry onion soup mix
- 1 salt&pepper
Directions

1preheat oven to 450

2prepare roast and place in daking dish

3dice onion

4add onion and potatoes to baking dish

5add salt and pepper to taste

6sprinkle onion soup over roast and veggies

7bake at 450 for 1 hour

8reduce heat to 300
-
9bake another 2-3 hours

10remove from oven, let rest 5-10 minutes
