Make Ahead Mashed Potatoes

  • 8 large potatoes
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1/4 c. sour cream
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper

Directions

    Boil potatoes, mash, beat in cream cheese, sour cream, salt & pepper.

    When light and fluffy put into a greased 9 X 13 baking dish.

    Cover with foil and refrigerate up to 1 week.

    Bake before serving.

    Dot with butter, sprinkle with paprika and bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
