- 3 lb. medium potatoes, pared
- 1/4 c. sour cream
- 4 Tbsp. butter
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 c. packaged bread crumbs
- 1 Tbsp. butter, melted
Directions

1Cook potatoes until tender.

2Drain.

3Mix potatoes, sour cream, butter, salt and pepper in a large bowl.

4Beat at a low speed until fluffy.

5Pile lightly into a buttered 2-quart casserole. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

6Bake covered at 325° for 1 hour. Toss crumbs in melted butter.

7Sprinkle over potatoes.

8Continue baking for 30 minutes uncovered.

9Serves 6 to 8.
